Format 02 — Partnership

Discovery Day

Two hundred people in a room built to make something, not to watch something.

Workshop room mid-session: small groups, wall of notes, people standing
Day 1 — workshops and breakouts, 200 participants

Picture it: your hardest question, handed to two hundred people who want to answer it.

Day 1 is the working day. Two hundred participants, selected from the community, spend it in workshops and breakouts rather than in rows. You can host the day, or co-design a track inside it around a problem you are genuinely stuck on.

We build the brief with your team, recruit the participants against it, and facilitate. You get the output: the sessions are documented, synthesised, and returned to you as a written record within two weeks, alongside a list of the people worth talking to again.

It behaves less like sponsorship than the other formats. Partners have described it as research they enjoyed.

Two examples of what a day like this leaves behind: one became a published report, the other a filmed conversation.

Fluid Work — the day, written up and published.

With Found.ation we turned a Think Tank discussion held on 5 October 2024, as part of TEDxAthens XV at Pireos 260, into a report on how technology is redefining where, when and how we work.

The conversation in the room is the source material. Found.ation moderated it, we convened it, and the analysis was published afterwards under both names — a partner asset with a life well beyond the day.

Title

Fluid Work: How technology redefines where, when, and how we work

In the room

Nikhil Arora (Epignosis), Anton Derlyatka (Sweatcoin), Nikos Moraitakis (Workable), Konstantinos Moros (EY), Alex Serbetis (Printec Group). Moderated by Filippos Zakopoulos, Managing Partner, Found.ation.

One finding

95%

of TEDxAthens XV attendees surveyed would want their next job to be hybrid or fully remote.

The filmed conversation

Moderated by a partner · Discovery Day

Film still Watch on YouTube

Two people who had never shared a stage, in conversation for forty minutes.

A curated discussion between Golfo Agapitou, Head of People Talents and Deputy General Manager of Eurobank, and Dr. Anino Emuwa, Global D,E&I Expert and founder of 100 Women @Davos.

The other way the format travels. One day was written up and published as a report; this one was filmed and left on the record. Either way the partner keeps something after the room empties.
