Picture it: the twelve people you most need to talk to, at dinner.
Hospitality here is a matter of curation rather than catering. You tell us who you are trying to reach; we work the invitation list against the community, the speaker roster, and seventeen years of relationships.
The programme runs across both days: a hosted arrival on Day 1, seats held together in the theatre on Day 2, the speakers dinner between them, and a private reception if the guest list warrants one.
We handle the seating plan personally. It is the least glamorous part of the job and the part that decides whether the evening works.

Catering, seating and signage are designed with the programme, not ordered against it.
Every element carries the theme through the day, down to what is on the plate.
